Refund & Return Policy - Gaia Mountain Mycology
At Gaia Mountain Mycology, we take pride in providing high-quality, fresh, and effective mushroom products. Your satisfaction means everything to us.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products (natural supplements, extracts, and mushroom kits), we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened and in its original packaging

Returned within 7 days of receiving it

Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Please note: Mushroom grow kits and other perishable products cannot be returned once opened or used.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gaiamountainmycology.co.za with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund your item as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email [insert your email] before sending anything back.
